The NYS bill to ban puppy mill sales (The Puppy Mill Pipeline Act), which was passed by the senate last year but didn't pass in the assembly, is back on the calendar!

This bill MUST FIRST be voted ("Reported") out of the NYS Assembly Agriculture Committeebefore it can go to legislators for a general vote.

IMPORTANT: Before contacting your legislators PLEASE CONTACT THE CHAIR OF THE AG COMMITTEE AND POLITELY REQUEST BILL A/4283 (companion to S/1130) BE VOTED OUT OF COMMITTEE:
