A 'memorial' balloon release occurred yesterday in Yonkers - which has an active ban against balloon releases, which are harmful to wildlife and the environment.  Those doing the release should face appropriate fines, etc.  Pls complain to the contacts listed below, also on the Lohud facebook pg  https://www.facebook.com/lohud
