The Senate version of the bill to prohibit the manufacture or sale of cosmetics tested on animals in New York is on the Senate floor awaiting a vote. Please contact the President Pro Tempore and Majority Leader of the Senate, Andrea Stewart-Cousins and ask her to bring S.4839B up to the floor for a vote. LOHV®/NY is hoping to get this bill passed into law this session.

There is no reason for animals to suffer for cosmetic purposes! Thank you so very much for your compassion and support.
