Good News!
The NYS Puppymill pipeline bill was voted out of the senate agriculture committee! (original alert: New York State Puppy Mill Bill must be added to Senate Agenda).
Thank you all for making those contacts. This bill, plus the bill which would end the sale of animal-tested cosmetics in New York, have both been voted out of committee and are on the senate floor awaiting a senate vote. Please contact Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins (info below) ASAP and urge her to put both great bills up for a vote in front of the entire senate.
