The NYS Assembly Rules Committee just passed A.4283, a bill to shut down
the puppy mill pipeline and prohibit the sale of dogs, cats & rabbits in NYS
pet stores!
With over 86 bipartisan co-sponsors & public supporters on board now the
bill will be brought to the Assembly floor for a full vote - it has already
passed the senate!
