SPECIAL ALERT: The New York State Legislative Session is Ending in a matter of days and the Pet Store Bill (A. 4283) Needs to be voted on ASAP!
Yesterday, for some unknown reason, the pet store bill was tabled.
Please, please phone Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie today and tell him to bring A.4283 up for a vote! Tell the staff person answering the phone that you reside in the speaker's district. Very important! His zip code is 10469.
Tell the staff person that A.4283 needs to be voted on today! It will save countless animals from suffering in our state. Most, if not all animals in pet stores come from breeding mills.
