Animals need your help. The Department of Transportation (DOT) is considering a complaint on behalf of National Primate Research Centers. This complaint urges the DOT to require all airlines carry animals for research purposes.
You can tell the DOT to dismiss this complaint. Your comment will help animals by allowing airlines to keep their right to refuse transporting animals for research.

Most airlines don’t want to be in the business of transporting animals. This complaint is trying to change that. That’s why animals need your support. Tell the DOT to support animals and dismiss this complaint.
Your comment to the DOT is another step in the journey that will end animal
testing once and for all. Without the airlines, labs will struggle to source
animals for their experiments. Over time and with more pressure from you,
and others like you, labs will have fewer animals and fewer tests. With
continued limited options, labs will be forced to use and invest in methods
that don’t harm animals. Methods that are humane and scientifically
superior. Better for animals and better for our health.
It will only take you a minute to make your comment and it will make a big
difference for animals. Just follow this link to get started. Once on the
page you simply type in something like: “Dismiss this complaint. Airlines
shouldn’t have to ship animals around the world for research”. Add your
contact details and submit your comment. That’s it!
Old habits die hard. Even ones as abhorrent as experimenting on animals.
With your comment today, you’re letting labs know that continuing to harm
animals in the name of science is not acceptable. Animals deserve better and
the days of relying on habits and a tradition of cruelty and pain are coming
to an end.
Together we’ll make animal testing history!
Thank you for everything you do for animals!
