ACTION

Introduce and Support the PUPPERS [Preventing Unkind and Painful Procedures and Experiments on Respected Species] Act and permanently de-fund dog abuse at the VA.

  • Momentum: Los Angeles - ended. Cleveland - ended. Milwaukee - ended. Richmond is now the last standing VA dog lab!
  • No Anesthesia. No Pain Relief: but it's the most painful dog lab in the entire federal government.
  • Final Nail: if Richmond falls, it could be the final nail in the coffin for all of Uncle Sam's dog labs!

DEADLINE: Demand the Senate introduce the PUPPERS Act. It permanently cuts every dime from the VA's dog labs.

The Senate hasn't introduced the PUPPERS Act yet. And now it's about to leave for recess.

Big government animal testing lobbyists are storming Capitol Hill to shore it up. They're lying to Congress that taxpayers like you support it!

We've defeated them everywhere else. They're desperate – but when they're desperate, they're the most dangerous.

"Taxpayer-funded dog experiments may be on the brink of ending." – IJR

After we took this campaign to Rep. Dina Titus, she said: "Taxpayers should not fund experiments that abuse animals."

Thank you for everything you do for animals!
