The delicious meals will all be 100% vegan, prepared
under the personal
direction of Chef Ron Pickarski, International Culinary Olympics gold
medal
winner. The menus highlight a wide variety of tasty total-vegetarian
cuisine.
Campus housing; double rooms. Singles may have double
room to them-
selves for additional cost, or request AVS to assign a roommate to
qualify for
the double-occupancy rate. Ample bathrooms are located on each floor.
The rooms this year are available only for the full 4-night stay, not on
a daily
basis. If you plan to come for less than full-time or stay in the area
before or
after the Convention, please contact AVS for local hotel info.
The attractive meeting and dining areas are
air-conditioned, and conveniently
situated in the same are with the Convention's campus housing. The
campus
makes available various athletic equipment/facilities, such as a
swimming pool,
on a pay-per-use basis. Child-care space provided and equipped;
cooperative staffing by parents and volunteers.
