All day, every day, we overhear....
"Can't keep":
"Landlord says No"
"Too Big"
"Too Small"
"Too Rowdy"
"Chews"
"Digs"
"Barks"
"Not Housebroken"
"Moving"
"Kids don't take care of"
"Jumps Fence"
"Keeps getting pregnant"
It hurts to see how casual most people are as they discard their
pets.
Just a few will find new homes...
But what a great day that is when we hear:
"Lady went home!"
"Princess got adopted."
It never quite makes up for all the others though.
Then we see in the classified ads:
"Free Dog"
"Dog House -- $50.00"
