Art and Photo Presentation

In this section are copies of original works of art. All of them are dedicated to helping us live according to unconditional love and compassion, which is the foundation of our peaceful means of bringing true and lasting peace to all of God's creatures, whether they are human beings or other animals.

A Safe Place to Land

Twyla Francois
(Artwork - 026) Meet Claude Bouffard and his rescued hens, Simone and Juliette. Saved from an uncertain future, the hens now live on an idyllic property in Quebec where they spend their days dust-bathing and keeping Claude company as he builds them a home to call their own. Not just a safe place to land for these lucky ladies, the property also provides sanctuary to wild animals like bears and deer. Land once used for hunting and trapping now protects all animal life. When they both retire, Claude and his son Carl plan to develop the property into a farm sanctuary so others can also experience a life free of fear.

Recognizing that not everyone will be reached by graphic footage and photos, Twyla's art seeks to raise awareness on the plight of today's farmed animals in a more gentle, but hopefully equally compelling way.
