New Human-Animal Studies Program at University of Milan

This wonderful news just now arrived: Professor Gianfranco Mormino of the University of Milan's Philosophy Department tells us that his institution is establishing a new Human-Animal Studies program!
This is a direct result of consultations with ASI President Ken Shapiro and an International Development Award jointly sponsored by ASI and Humane Society International. Our work with universities overseas is definitely producing results.
I hope this bit of holiday cheer strengthens your resolve to help fund ASI's unique and effective mission. It certainly strengthens our resolve as we greet the New Year!
