Hundreds of thousands of sheep are brutalized to produce millions of dollars in profit for wool industries. Then, after they are no longer useful for that business, they are shipped in cramped, filthy holds across the ocean to meet yet another horror: the slaughterhouses where speed and efficiency are the only concern. Other sheep are transported in cramped trucks for days without food or water or rest; others are transported in the trunks of cars. Again, the individuality of each animal is of no consequence except for the resulting profit and to satisfy taste buds.
