OMG! Got my copy, and ordered more! This is just the best story with a
perfect message--a heart-warming book for all ages. And the illustrations
are out of this world! Planning to order even more copies as gifts. Thanks
for this, Howard Edelstein, Terry Cummings, and Jade Heyes!

Absolutely love this book. The narrative and illustrations bring to life the
many animals and how they experience joy and happiness just like we do.
Totally recommend it for children.

I received this book as a gift and plan to buy a copy for my little niece
and nephew. "Come Visit the Animal Sanctuary" is an engaging, beautifully
illustrated book that little children are bound to enjoy. Using the easily
understood journey of a volunteer’s first visit to an animal sanctuary, the
book introduces children to a wide variety of farm animals, some well-known,
and some that will surprise you. Better still, we learn the stories of the
animals we meet: where they came from, what they like to do, and who they
are friends with, be they animal or human. I’m sure that children will get a
kick out of these stories and the fun, colorful illustrations that accompany
them. Better still, they will learn important lessons about having
compassion and respect for animals, and the wonderful truth that people have
far more in common with other animals than we have differences.

Great way to experience the wonderful stories of the sanctuary and real
rescued animals at home with kids. My 6 and 3 year olds both loved it!
