I was vegetarian for many years and became vegan in 2007.

From 2005 to 2013 I was minister of Westside Unitarian Universalist Church in Ft. Worth, Texas and was elected Minister Emeritus. After moving to Illinois I became an Affiliated Minister with the Church of the Larger Fellowship, an online Unitarian Universalist congregation, focusing on human end-of-life issues.

I also serve as chaplain to the Unitarian Universalist Animal Ministry where I facilitate a monthly Pet Loss Support Group on the first Wednesday of each month at 8:00pm EST via Zoom.
