(Cohotate Preserve 4 May 2002 Field Trip - 05) In the same area as the mushrooms we found a small patch of rare rue anemone.  One of the interesting things about the rue anemone is that it doesn't have any petals.  What look like petals are really bracts (the outer covering of the bud).
