1. A Clear Sign of Change!

2. This Week’s Famous Quote - John McDougall, MD

It is no coincidence that the same diet that helps prevent or cure diabetes also causes effortless weight loss, lowers cholesterol and triglycerides, cleans out the arteries, and returns the body to excellent function. But no matter how much research appears saying the same thing over and over again, the tide is unlikely to change because of the economic incentives for the medical establishment of continued illness and profitable treatments.

3. Humans Only Need Human Milk

Advertising is certainly very powerful and unfortunately, when it is not truthful, it can help spread misinformation that ends up causing a lot of damage to people and animals. This is the case of the dairy industry’s advertising campaign encouraging people to drink cow’s milk.
Fortunately, the scientific evidence against drinking cow’s milk is overwhelming and more people every day choose to switch to a plant-based milk alternative.

4. How Not to Die

Read this interview with Dr. Greger, internationally renowned author, speaker, and vegan nutrition expert, who just released his new book, How Not to Die. He shares what inspired him to write this book, what are some easy tips to transition to a plant-based diet and what impact he hopes this book has on readers.
