Psalm 1:1-2
“Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked nor stand in the way of sinners nor sit in the seat of mockers. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.”
God allows us to choose what road to follow. We can choose to have compassion for the suffering or we can ignore them. We can choose to protect a victim or be a victimizer. God’s love for us enables in turn to love all creation, and Jesus’ teachings provide the solid ground to fulfill God’s will.

God calls us to obedience and to follow Jesus' teachings of compassion, love and peace. In the midst of a fallen world, we should strive to reflect God's love for all Creation

God gave us the free will and the responsibility to choose who to listen and who to follow, dealing also with the consequences. When we choose to follow God's ways, we honor our Lord.
