Canada’s 16th BSE Case Confirmed
The 16th case of a cow with BSE or bovine spongiform encephalopathy confirmed has been confirmed in Alberta, Canada. In this case it is a six-year-old dairy cow, who tested positive for BSE. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency said that this case is not expected to affect exports of cattle or beef.
