Ingredients:
•1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
•1 teaspoon cumin
•3/4 teaspoon chili powder
•1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
•1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
•1-1/2 cups Tofutti Better than Sour Cream or real sour cream
•1/2 cup chopped green onions (4 green onions)
•1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the black beans, cumin, chili powder, garlic
powder and cayenne pepper and mix well. On a decorative tray or
dinner-size plate, spread the sour cream to cover the surface. Sprinkle
the beans evenly over the sour cream. Sprinkle the green onions over the
beans. Sprinkle the cilantro as the top layer. Serve with blue corn
tortilla chips.
