What the Chicken Industry Does to Humans

This is an insightful and thorough look at the chicken industry, in this case Pilgrim’s. Farmers who raise chickens for corporations can barely keep their heads above water. They seem to be in constant debt and the way corporations run this business fosters bitter feelings, anger and resentment among fellow farmers.

When profit is obtained at the expense of God’s creatures nothing good can result because in the process we must deaden our sensitivities, compassion, care, respect, reverence, integrity, ethics, nurturing instinct and wisdom. Instead, we become cold-hearted, uncaring and we stray away from Christ’s teachings.
