Dear Kenneth:
Thank you for your kind and encouraging words.
Some of the kindest people we know are non-Christians, including atheists, and we can well understand your feelings about Christianity; however, we disagree with your conclusion.
Gandhi summed it up the best way anyone could. He said, "If it wasn't for the Christians, I might have become one." And elsewhere he said, "The only people who don't know Jesus as the greatest peacemaker of all time, are the Christians."
It's not Jesus' teaching that are flawed; it's those who claim to follow Him without being the peacemaking children of God they are called to be.
We also believe that Colin Sky's remarks included the U.S.
