I was pleasantly surprised and happy to see this story retold on your website. Thank you for recognizing good deeds wherever they’re done. I wrote the letter to the local paper for the same reason. As I can see, you have devoted your time and life to putting a spotlight on human activities which make this world a better place to live. I commend you for that.
When I initially asked Sgt. Ribaudo if he would mind if I recited his efforts in a letter to the paper, he was glad. He knew he had done something special for the deer and the community. Thank you for what you do and for noticing. I also like the fact you included an invitation to your readers to send a thank you note.
