So glad that Libby is now living free and not being cruelly abused.
These abusers should be injected with the flea,worms and tick serum and see how it would affect the dogs, at least these grubs are being punished for their sadistic and inhumane treatment of these poor animals. They should never ever be allowed to own or work with animals ever again,and their names should be entered in a name and shame registry.
