In Reference to: Goodbye to Tinkerbell
Hi -
I have been very interested to read the story about Tinkerbell. I am so sorry she has passed away but she had a good life and was loved and protected and she would have known and appreciated that.
Tinkerbell is a Sarnen (a Swiss breed) and she looked the image of one of my goats, Hester who died in 2006. She was rescued from a horrible market place about 12 years ago together with her young kid, Mimi.
It was always interesting to observe their dedication and affection towards each other. Mimi has also since died as a mature goat and is buried beside her mother. I had these 2 creatures for many years and they were wonderful companions.
So I empathise with your feelings of loss of Tinkerbell, but you will
feel blessed that you had her and gave her a good home.
