Dear Brian:

Thank you for your comments.

However, we disagree that because of health problems some people cannot be vegan. From all the health articles we've read, and the seminars we attended, all the problems that you describe appear to be cause from eating animal products, particularly dairy, and the cases you cite, were most likely pre-existing, and with proper vegan medical supervision, they could have been cured.

You personal experience with transitioning to a vegan diet appears to have been nothing more than withdrawal symptoms, and/or from detoxification of your body.

It also has to do with the whether or not the person is eating an unprocessed whole plant food diet.

Saying that what is done is done after an animal is killed, is only an excuse to try to justify the eating of flesh. If we are truly compassionate, we will do everything in our power to prevent the suffering and killing of animals, and never participate in the the products of cruelty.

In the Love of the Lord,

Frank and Mary
