Thank you very much for your detailed explanation, and we know that because of your love for deer you would like to find non-lethal ways of controlling deer populations.
We are forwarding a copy of your letter to Anthony Marr of Heal Our Planet Earth in Vancouver, who is working on practical non-lethal ways of controlling deer populations in order to get his comments on the problems that you've encountered.
We also forwarded a copy to Anne and Peter Muller of Wild Watch and the Committee to Abolish Sport Hunting to get their comments.
We posted the remaining photo with your story and we hope you didn't have any damage from the hurricane.
