Deer Management
Comments by Alejandro G. Cossio - 28 Aug 2007
Dear Frank:
Everything you point is true, we need to restructure human behavior from the base. Sometimes I am conscious that I prefer and need to stay for hours with my deer friends to comfort my soul, I can see in them the hand of God, they are so authentic, peaceful and quiet creatures, they feel just fine with what God has given to them, I am very proud and happy to feel that they accept me as one of them. I am sure they even miss me when I leave for many days.. I could never exchange them for any other activity.
Mankind has missed his path completely! I can't think of any animal, even the more aggressive and sanguinary to behave as cruel and savage as some men do. Where I live nobody can understand why I enjoy so much the time I spend with my deer and with the wild ones in their habitat. Maybe it is because I can't share my life easily with some people, excluding my family of course.
I agree, whenever man interfere with nature and God's creation, problems start. I think that in few centuries nature itself will take good care of undesirable passengers.
People like you, with so much understanding, knowledge and intelligence most take the lead, I don't understand why, if man is supposed to be the "Top creature on earth," he is so stupid, (I am sorry for using that word, but it's the only one I can think of to describe the way I feel.).
I finished another picture that I make for one of my clients, I think you'd appreciate it because it is noticeable that deer are not the dumb and insensitive creatures everybody thinks. I will send it to you tomorrow.
Best regards for you and your family.
