Why don't you recommend people buy farm fresh eggs from a local farm where they can inspect how the chickens living conditions are.
I agree totally that caging these animals and not letting them roam as they should naturally is cruel. But eggs are a very nutritious food item, not to mention used in many recipes.
I have a chicken farm myself and we are 100% organic and are real free range with a few roomy coops for their protection at night. The people who eat my eggs are contributing to local business, saying no to chicken cruelty, and eating a very healthy egg!
Help us small guys out who love our animals and recommend local farm fresh eggs instead of no egg at all. :)
