I totally agree and have recognized myself for years that we violate the true lessons of the Bible by using animals as commodities. I have been a vegan for years and started only knowing I could no longer harm animals. I continue to grow and understand at many levels the ramifications of humans continuing to eat/wear/harm/exploit animals. In response my husband and I bought acreage in Montana and will be building a sanctuary for farmed animals to give a lifelong, safe home to the precious animals.
