Dear Arthur,

God has answered my prayers. I am a 33 year old student trying to figure out what to write my sociology/eng. research paper on. I was thinking about factory farming, but not sure if I can do it. Any time I see any PETA footage I start crying to God to stop the suffering.

I have been a vegetarian (no-fish) for 5 years and no meat for 9 years. My husband has been a vegetarian since he was 15 (now he is 30). I do not eat meat first because of the suffering to animals and second because it does not do a body good. I also stopped wearing leather products 3 years ago. Shoe shopping just ain't what it use to be. I would like to get the data on American deaths related to the beef industry.

Also, do you know of "scholarly texts" I could pull from on the factory farming epidemic we are having in the Kali Yuga? Or, if you think you could lead me in the direction of health issues related to a meat diet,then maybe I will do my paper with that as the focus more. It just has to be scholarly sources. thank you for the inspiration. I will also join in the group meditation on the closing of slaughter houses in the U.S. and around the world by 08'.
