Thanks for this sermon.

It is a great pity that many Christians do not see the need to address animals issues, as long as they are not actively cruel to animals themselves.

One said to me that being actively concerned about animal welfare is not 'necessary for our salvation'. I do agree that we must love not only our fellow humans but all of Creation and, as you say, and I say whenever I get the opportunity, compassion is not limited, it is boundless.
