That's the vision, and that's right, Colin, Mary, and Frank.

Now how are we going to implement that vision effectively?

That's what skeptics are understandably (and rightfully?) asking -- in all honesty.

I want to note, too, that Frank seems to express his "hope" as the confidence that believers can do great things, not explicitly claiming a supernatural transformation of the problem situation (showing instead his "natural means of support").

Worth noting, I thought.
