I am a vegetarian who is always trying to eliminate more animal ingredients from my diet. Your site is clear and informative, and I am trying some of the recipes. Cooking is always a challenge because I don�t really enjoy it, but I am a fussy eater who won�t eat a lot of processed food (is there really a point to instant rice?). I live in a rural, farming area where most people subsist on a white bread and meat & potatoes diet. I like to visit sites such as yours to remind myself that there are a lot of other people who believe in a kinder, more wholesome way of being in the world.
