Hello,
Love the Pantry Minestrone Recipe.
Just wanted to share this with you. I have been using the pantry Minestrone recipe for about 10 years now. I have made for my running groups in Okinawa Japan, Iwakuni Japan, Hawaii and am planning to make it for the folks in San Diego area where I run now.
I am involved with a running club and at times I am the guy to provide food for the finish. The minestrone recipe is super easy, filling and warm or cold is always a hit. I come across as a gourmet hero when I whip it out. Usually make enough for about 40 people.
Both our vegetarians and carnivores love it.
Normally I break out some crusty bread to go with it.
Just wanted to share. I love it, it is incredibly tasty and guilt free.
Thank you,
Tim LeMaster
