I have enjoyed your site! I too am Vegan, not only for health reasons, as I am 35 and working on my cholesterol ratios, weight, etc..., but also for moral reasons!
God created Adam, and one of his first tasks was to name all the creatures! As humans, we give names to the things we love. I believe God loved his creatures, and wanted us to protect them.
Yes, he did give us animals for food in the new testament, but the horrible practices of today make it impossible for me to eat meat and support the meat processing industries as a Christian! Love the recipe photos, and am thinking of trying your Turnip Crisps!
