Thank you for your comments. We're not completely sure we fully follow the intent of all of your comments, but we will try to answer your questions.
Many people claim to believe, but do not respond to the unction of the Holy Spirit. This is one of the reasons that Jesus teaches that even the demons believe, but shudder, and why He told the story about people coming before the Lord and crying out, Lord, Lord!, and He responded and said that He never knew them.
The tablets only contained laws to help people see what God desired of them in hopes of turning them back to Him; in itself it does not bring about salvation.
