In Reference to: 12 Oct 1997 - All Things Are Possible With God

Hi,

I'm just concerned when you say just before verse 31 that our own actions are only part of what brings eternal life.

I believe the scripture teaches that eternal life is through God alone, eg. "For by GRACE you have been saved through FAITH; and that not of yourselves, it is a gift of God; not as result of WORKS, so that no one may boast. " (Ephesians 2:8-10).

Do you believe this also?
