Dear Maynard:
We don't stumble over what the Bible says about what John wore and ate, including the camel's hair, but it does bother us, and I often wonder about whether or not it was altered by a scribe between the time it actually occurred and the time it was included in Matthew, for we don't see anypne who is so close to God, actually deliberately harming any of the other animals.
