In Reference to: 4 November 2012 - Halloween Versus God’s Heavenly Will
Don't want to spend energy on this topic either, but I watched a lot of horror movies growing up and don't remember it causing me to feel violent or wanting to do evil at all. Though these were the classic horror films, not the gory, slasher stuff. To me something spooky or eerie is very different than what's sadistic or glorifies cruelty. I have no kids of my own, but if I did, I would have no problem with my kids dressing up for Halloween, or watching a spooky movie, but would not want them to watch the series "24" where the hero saves people by torturing others. But of course, Halloween candy should be vegan. Just my two cents.
