Actually, the Bible doesn’t say that Adam and Eve were clothed with the skins of animals. There is no mention of the word "animal". It could have been the shed skin of the serpent, as a form of reminder of their disobedience, or it could have been just another creation of God. We also need to note that so far there is no mention of death happening in Eden, other that eating of the fruit would bring death to Adam.
This is another reason why we believe that God said that humans were evil from their youth, for He did everything in His power to change the human heart and soul back to being vegan without taking away our free will...and humans still resorted to killing animals against His heavenly will.
