The Dilemma Caused by Being Vegetarian in a Christian Church
Comments by Frank and Mary Hoffman - 30 Dec 2008

Dear Donna:

Thank your for writing, and telling us about your feelings. Your inner turmoil is not good, because it takes away a lot of your peace.

In our opinion, you need to be completely honest with Mary, and explain to her why you feel the way you do. If you are anything like most truly compassionate people we know, you also care about humans, and Mary needs to know that your compassion for animals only heightens your compassion for humans, though you wish and pray that they would be more compassionate toward all other animals.

We hope this helps.

In the Love of the Lord,

Frank and Mary
