Considering that upward of 90% of all active racehorses suffer from stomach ulcers, and considering that in the states that provide full necropsy reports I see time and again 4-, 3-, even 2-year-old horses with degenerative joint disease and osteoarthritis, imagine what this poor animals body looks and more important, feels like.
