No, it is not! Riding an animal is USE not stewardship. Vegan Pastor Frank talks about one exception to this – an older horse he once knew but this exception doesn’t excuse us to ride other animals. It is what the animal wants that is important – not what we want. As compassionate stewards, we are called to listen to what the animals want and need for their well-being.
