All-Creatures's very own Chandler Rincon shares the truth about the needless suffering we contribute to when we choose to buy products and support companies that are not cruelty-free.

Right now, in hidden rooms and sterile labs, animals are enduring unspeakable cruelty — not because it’s necessary, but because it’s profitable.

Would you pay someone to sew a monkey’s eyes shut?
Would you hand over money to drip burning chemicals into a rabbit’s eyes until they’re swollen and blind?
Would you sign a check to force-feed toxic substances to mice until their organs fail?

If you’re buying from companies that still test on animals, that’s exactly what’s happening — in your name, with your money.

Animal testing takes many forms — none of them humane:

  • Cosmetic testing: Shampoos, makeup, and cleaning agents dripped into rabbits’ eyes or rubbed into their raw skin.

  • Medical experiments: Dogs and primates are subjected to surgeries without proper pain relief, forced inhalation of chemicals, and deliberate organ damage.

  • Psychological torture: Monkeys are isolated from birth, deprived of food, or exposed to constant loud noises to study stress responses.

  • Toxicity testing: Mice and rats are force-fed massive doses of chemicals until their organs fail or they die.

These animals feel every moment. They cry out. They tremble when a human hand approaches. They live and die in fear. They are not test tubes. They are not disposable tools. They are God’s creation, made to live, not to be tortured for profit margins.

And here’s the truth they don’t want you to know: over 90% of drugs and treatments that pass animal testing fail in human trials — meaning their suffering does not even reliably predict human outcomes. These experiments are not just cruel — they are outdated, misleading, and dangerous to real human health.

Jesus stood against cruelty and exploitation, overturning the tables of those who made the Temple a marketplace of suffering. If he were here today, would he stand silent in a lab where animals scream? Or would he turn over the cages?

You don’t need to be in a lab to make a difference — you can start right where you are.

  • Check your products. If they test on animals, stop buying.

  • Support cruelty-free brands.

  • Speak up. Post, write, share the truth.

  • Push for legislation that bans animal testing.

Change doesn’t happen by accident — it happens when people decide they will not bankroll cruelty another day.

The choice is simple: keep funding the suffering, or stand with the ones who have no voice.
