Thank you for this wonderful information.

I was one of those who mourn the loss of my beloved animal friends, with no empathy from the church I used to attend. I quit going, for mainly that reason, and for the other reasons being no compassion for anyone outside the church (what were we here for anyway?)...

Ironically that church hosted annual pig roasts. It was diabolical how many so-called Christian men would take their plates up and gaze at that poor dead charred animal that once was also a Child of God!

Where is the spirit of God in that, anyway?!

We hear from people like you from all over the world and they all say the same thing.

God is still here, but we sure don't see Him in the lives of the church people like the ones you describe.
