Your website is absolutely amazing!

I have 2 daughters that are vegetarian, certainly not by my persuasion. I was raised in North Dakota, the beef center of the midwest, and "vegetarian" is like a dirty word. But they have stood by their choice now for 4 years!

They are 11 & 14. So I decided it's no longer a phase, but a permanent lifestyle choice that I'm going to have to learn to go with. The information on your site is so valuable. The recipes are priceless!

I never knew vegetarian food could be so good! I'd love to see more.
