(Northern Catalpa (Catalpa speciosa) - 07) The flowers have fallen off the northern catalpa, and the seed pods (beans) have begun to develop.  It's hard to determine exactly how many of the flowers developed seed pods, but it appears that only 15-20% have produced pods.  Note the color of the seed pods.
