(Sunflower, Wild (Helianthus spp.) - 27) This is a closer look at the top of the sunflower plants with these long tendrils of what appear to tiny flowers. This was the first time that we had ever seem this phenomena in more that 40 years of observing these flowers at Sleepy Hollow Lake.
