When you sit for Christmas, will you say ‘Grace’?
Will you stack animal body parts on plates?
An FYI, just in case…
[erase what’s commonplace]
Your roast had a face
Will you continue to embrace?
For the sake of taste?
This Christmas, don’t just say ‘grace’
Try instead, to actually show a trace…
Know that each & every act of kindness
is an act of defiance
against vileness
Reject compliance
[blindness]
[mindless]
Shed the necrovore trance
It’s madness
A corpse swallowing reliance
[virus]
For life, take a stance
Rightness
Alliance
If you don’t show kindness,
You show;
Meanness
Mercilessness
Selfishness
Thoughtlessness
Harshness
Indifference
Show grace
Take the side of life
Replace your steak knife
With a bread knife.
